Executive Exposure in the Digital Age: Managing OSINT, Misinformation, and Physical Risk

Join an invite-only virtual roundtable discussion, bringing together a curated group of senior cybersecurity and risk leaders to explore how executive exposure is evolving in the digital age – and how organizations are responding to the growing convergence of cyber, physical, and reputational threats.

This highly interactive virtual gathering brings together an intimate group of 15 senior leaders to discuss security and risk strategy (not security products).

Attendees will represent a range of industries with a shared goal: to openly discuss challenges, ideas, and real-world experiences around executive exposure, misinformation, and emerging AI-driven risks.

This is not a webinar. This is a virtual meeting that allows participants to take an active role in the discussion in a camera-on, mic-on environment.

There are no presentations. The session is designed to facilitate meaningful dialogue around executive risk, digital exposure, and cross-functional coordination through peer interaction and shared experiences.

Session Format & Moderator

This 90-minute interactive meeting will be hosted and moderated by Megan Keeling,
Senior Strategic Threat Intelligence Analyst, Recorded Future’s Insikt Group®

Megan will guide a strategy-focused discussion centered on executive exposure, OSINT, misinformation, and physical risk, drawing on real-world threat intelligence and practical insights observed across global organizations.

The discussion will focus on strategies and frameworks – not products – and will encourage participants to share perspectives, lessons learned, and approaches currently being explored within their organizations.

This is not a sales pitch event or product demonstration.

What to Expect

As an attendee, the key benefits of your participation include:

  • Engage with senior cybersecurity, intelligence, and risk leaders from industry-leading organizations
  • Benchmark how peers are thinking about executive exposure, misinformation, and physical risk
  • Gain insight into how organizations are adapting to AI-enabled threats, OSINT risks, and targeted harassment
  • Learn from real-world scenarios and strategic approaches shared by peers
  • Explore best practices for coordination between cyber, physical security, and intelligence teams
  • Expand your professional network with senior leaders facing similar challenges

Discussion Themes & Leading Questions

To support a productive and high-level discussion, the following leading questions may be shared with approved registrants ahead of the session to help participants prepare:

  1. Where do you see the greatest blind spots today in executive exposure – and why?
Examples might include digital footprint management, personal data availability, emerging AI-enabled threats, or other overlooked areas.
  2. How should organizations balance executive visibility (thought leadership, media presence, investor relations) with the growing risks of misinformation, doxxing, and targeted harassment?
  3. What approaches have you seen work well for coordinating threat intelligence between cyber and physical security teams?
What are best practices for prioritizing mitigation efforts across both digital and physical risk domains?

Who Should Attend?

To ensure a focused, peer-driven discussion, participation is limited to professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • No Sales or Consultancy Roles
We are unable to accept registrations from individuals in sales, business development, account management, or consultancy roles. The goal is a peer-to-peer environment for end-users.
  • Senior-Level Decision Makers
Designed for those currently holding Chief, VP, Director, or Senior-level roles with responsibility for cybersecurity, intelligence, risk, or executive protection strategy.
  • End-User Organizations Only
We invite leaders from end-user organizations (typically Fortune 1000 or equivalent) that do not provide solutions in this space, ensuring discussions remain experience-driven rather than promotional.
  • Industry Relevance
Attendees should work in environments where executive exposure, misinformation, OSINT, or physical risk are relevant concerns.
  • Active & Engaged Participants
This format relies on interaction. Attendees should be willing to contribute, share experiences, and engage openly with peers.

How to Prepare

This is not a listen-only session. To ensure a valuable discussion, attendees are asked to:

  • Join with video and audio enabled
  • Come prepared with a question, challenge, or experience to share
  • Be ready to participate in an open, strategic-level discussion
  • No requirement to discuss confidential information
  • No recording – this is a trusted, closed-door environment
  • A strict no sales pitch policy is requested
