Harsh Narula is a senior technologist with over 15 years of experience specializing in cloud strategy, data strategy, and big data analytics. He began his career at Tata Consultancy Services in India as an Oracle Database consultant before joining Microsoft India in 2010 as a SQL Server expert. In 2013, he moved to the U.S. with Microsoft, serving as a Global Black Belt for big data analytics on Azure, helping enterprise customers define cloud and data strategies and solve complex big data and machine learning challenges. In 2020, he joined Databricks, advising large enterprises across financial services, retail, and manufacturing on data and analytics strategy and optimizing their use of Databricks. In 2024, Harsh became Director of Data Analytics & AI at Merck, leading the Data Strategy and Architecture function within the CTO organization. He is particularly passionate about Generative AI and Data Mesh, leveraging these technologies to deliver enterprise value.
