Matthew Hoy is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with more than 23 years of experience in cyber resilience, incident response, crisis management, and cyber defense. He currently serves as Senior Staff, Cyber Defense – Incident Response at Albertsons Companies, where he advises the C-suite during active security incidents, leads war room operations, and strengthens response capabilities aligned to the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Previously, Matt led the Crisis Response Team within Accenture’s Cyber Investigations and Forensics Response organization, guiding global clients through complex incident response and resilience initiatives. Known for his ability to translate technical threats into strategic executive guidance, he regularly briefs senior leadership and boards on risk posture and governance. Matt is also active in the cybersecurity community, volunteering and speaking at industry conferences while mentoring the next generation of security professionals.
