I have ~40 years of professional experience and I’m a strong believer in the personal and professional value of networking. I get invites to a lot of these types of venues and always find the content helpful.
Question 2: What was your reason for joining the Kodi Connect Advisory Board?
To interact with other senior executives looking to network like myself.
Question 3: What’s one major trend shaping the future of IT and cybersecurity over the next few years?
The single innovation/emerging risk/disruptor I see confronting InfoSec professionals over the next 5 years is the impact of increasingly sophisticated AI models on any given firm’s security posture.
Question 4: What does “digital resilience” mean to you in today’s tech landscape?
I view digital resilience as one of many sub-domains of the critically important issue of business or organizational resilience – the ability to anticipate adverse events and put the controls, governance, and resources in place that will give the firm a high likelihood of surviving.
Question 5: How do you see cybersecurity and IT converging in the future?
I think they’ve already converged and have been integrated for quite some time.
